Warranties are back to base.

Freight: DOA - MDCS will pay all freight costs. In the case of a warranty repair the customer pays for the return freight to MDCS. 

Warranties vary on products from 1 year to five years. the following warranty periods apply:

Honeywell:  IT3200-2years, Eclipse-3years, Voyager/Xenon/IT3800/IT4XXX/ 6XXX-5 years, PDA's 1 year

Opticon:  OPR2001/3201/OPL6845 2 years

Cino: F780/790 2years 

Datalogic: Touch/Gryphon/Heron-5 years, Quickscan/Powerscan-3 years, PDA's 1 year

Xplore: 1 year all models

Posiflex: 1 year all models

Citizen: 1 year all models

Bixolon: 1 year all models Print Head/Auto Cutter-6months

For all models not listed the manufacturers warranty is 1 year
